Pizza puffs: Biscuit dough stuffed with favorite pizza toppings, quick and crowd-pleasing family treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands!®)
  • 1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • After separating the biscuits on a work surface, use a rolling pin to double their original diameter. Sprinkle garlic salt over each biscuit and add 2 pieces of pepperoni on top. Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni, reserving about 2 tablespoons. Fold the edges of each biscuit over the toppings, pinching to seal. Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet and sprinkle the reserved mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Cook in the oven until the cheese is oozy and the biscuits are golden, around 12 minutes.
