Sushi tuna and cucumber sandwiches

Kids will gobble up these fun sushi sandwiches!
Ingredients:
  • 185g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 61.88 gm mayonnaise
  • 5.30 gm lemon juice
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 large slices high fibre white bread, crusts removed
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Mix together the tuna, creamy mayonnaise, zesty lemon juice, and aromatic onion in a bowl.
  • Start by placing the bread slices on a cutting board and gently flattening them with a rolling pin. Then, add the tuna mixture, cucumber, and avocado on top. Roll up the bread to seal the filling inside, and cut each roll into 4 pieces. Finally, wrap the pieces in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
