Sweet and sour noodles

Satisfy the whole family with a delicious and wholesome camping meal.
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm rice bran oil
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 3 x 160g cans chicken chunks in springwater, drained
  • 125g can diced capsicum, drained
  • 225g can pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
  • 575g jar sweet and sour sauce
  • 440g packet fresh thin hokkien noodles
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, sizzle the onion in oil until softened. Add chicken, capsicum, pineapple, and sauce. Stir occasionally and cook until everything is heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Place the noodles into the pan and cook, tossing occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes until they are heated through. Divide the noodles evenly between serving bowls, and then enjoy your delicious meal.
