Ingredients:
  • Reynolds Wrap® Non Stick Aluminum Foil
  • 2.5 pounds ground chuck beef
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 0.5 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (32 ounce) container barbecue sauce
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar grape jelly
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and prepare 4 baking sheets with dull side up Reynolds® NonStick Aluminum Foil.
  • Mix the meat with the remaining meatball ingredients, shaping into approximately 80 bite-sized meatballs. Arrange 20 meatballs on each pan, then bake for 35 minutes or until fully browned.
  • As the meatballs bake, combine barbecue sauce and grape jelly in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth. For a spicier kick, mix in some hot sauce. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a serving dish, pour the sauce over, and serve promptly. Reheat in the microwave for party leftovers if needed.
