Tangy BBQ chicken wings, perfect for game day, cooked to perfection in a Panasonic CIO.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds frozen, ready-to-cook chicken wings
  • 0.66666668653488 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup red wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions:
  • Lay chicken wings on a grill pan and place in the Panasonic Countertop Induction Oven set to "Auto Cook" setting 1 until golden brown, approximately 18 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature near the bone reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  • In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together until well mixed. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer the cooked wings to a spacious bowl; drizzle with your preferred amount of sauce and mix thoroughly for a perfect coating.
