Succulent slow-cooked pork with a sweet and spicy twist - ideal for entertaining!
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds smoked pork loin back ribs, cut lengthwise across bones in half
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade and sauce (from 11-ounce bottle)
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Cut the ribs into pieces by slicing between the bones. Spray the inside of a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the ribs to the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs.
  • Slowly simmer the ribs for 6 to 8 hours on low heat until they are tender, and skim off any excess fat if needed.
