Yummy sticky chicken nibbles, perfect for lunch boxes or kids parties.
Ingredients:
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) sweet chilli sauce
  • 42.00 gm salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 40.00 gm warm water
  • 750g chicken wing nibbles
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, and water in a large bowl. Add the chicken, mix well until coated, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 200°C. Cover a spacious baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in the dish, then generously drizzle with the marinade. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes, until a beautiful golden hue emerges. Serve with crisp lettuce leaves for a refreshing finish. (Refer to note for any additional details.)
