Coconut milk-infused oats for a refreshing twist on traditional breakfast oatmeal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.25 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, gently bring coconut milk to a boil. Stir in oats and honey, then simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until most of the milk is absorbed.
  • Enhance oatmeal with a generous sprinkle of coconut flakes, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Simmer until oats reach a creamy texture and flavors meld, approximately 5 minutes.
