English peas with zesty horseradish, creamy sour cream, and tangy mayonnaise dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups blanched green peas
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh dill weed
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Gently dry peas with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture before transferring them to a large bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and 3 tablespoons dill weed in a small bowl. Toss with peas until coated and sprinkle the remaining dill over the top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
