Sweet potato casserole: mashed sweet potatoes mixed with sugar, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla and baked with a brown sugar-pecan crumble topping.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Add sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, 1/3 cup butter, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Combine well, then transfer the mixture into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • For the topping, mix brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup melted butter, and pecans in a separate bowl. Sprinkle this crumble over the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 45 minutes.
