Vanilla cinnamon baked pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3.5 teaspoons vanilla sugar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a gentle 275 degrees F (135 degrees C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the seeds and pour in the melted butter. Stir well to coat the seeds. In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon white sugar. Add the vanilla extract and stir. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the seeds, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Evenly scatter seeds onto a baking sheet. Mix 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the seeds.
  • Spread seeds on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. After that, remove the baking sheet from the oven, stir the seeds, then sprinkle with a mixture of 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Spread the seeds evenly on the baking sheet and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
  • Take the seeds out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar over them, and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve while warm.
