Indulgent vanilla pudding infused yeast rolls with buttery brown sugar and cinnamon filling, finished with a sweet vanilla glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2.25 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions:
  • Add the milk, beaten egg, melted butter, water, vanilla pudding mix, bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast into the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's guidelines. Choose the Dough cycle.
  • After the cycle is complete, take out the dough and knead it for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, roll it out into a large rectangle.
  • Combine the velvety butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then generously coat the dough. Add the delightful crunch of chopped walnuts and raisins if you fancy. Roll up the dough tightly, starting with the widest side, sealing the edges with a gentle pinch. Slice into 1/2 to 1-inch-thick pieces and arrange them in a generously greased 9x13-inch pan. Let them rise until doubled in a cozy, draft-free spot.
  • - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden. Make the frosting by combining milk, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla in a small bowl. Spread it over the warm cinnamon rolls.
