Satisfy your cravings with Taco Burgers—a fusion of two classics, loaded with bold flavors, salsa, and creamy sour cream. This is the ultimate delicious twist on traditional burgers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed corn chips
  • 4 slices cheddar jack cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa, for topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat the gas or charcoal grill.
  • Combine ground beef, taco seasoning, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and crushed tortilla chips in a bowl. Mix lightly, then shape into 4 patties.
  • Grill the patties over medium heat, covering the grill for about 10 minutes. Turn once and cook until a meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 160°F. Top each patty with cheese and cook until melted.
  • Assemble the buns with a dollop of sour cream, a juicy patty, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and zesty salsa.
