Cheesy, tangy white bread made effortlessly in your bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1.125 cups buttermilk
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons white sugar
  • 0.75 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's recommendations. Choose the White Bread setting and begin.
  • For baking bread, after the dough cycle is finished, shape the dough and put it in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise until doubled in size in a warm spot. Then bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 35-45 minutes.
