Cheesy garlic biscuits made with tangy buttermilk mix, fresh parsley, and creamy Cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.66666668653488 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) and prepare your baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix baking mix, Cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Stir in milk. Spoon batter onto lined baking sheet in heaping tablespoonfuls.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Brush biscuits with melted margarine, sprinkle with parsley and garlic salt, then bake for an additional 5 minutes until the bottoms are lightly browned.
