Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 0.66666668653488 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Marinate the meat by placing it in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine honey, Dijon mustard, chili powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Pour the marinade over the tenderloins, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Set up the grill for indirect heat cooking.
  • Prepare the grill grate by lightly oiling it. Take the meat out of the marinade, and dispose of the liquid. Grill the meat for 15 to 25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
