Tangy citrus juices elevate this creamy tuna dip for a refreshing summer delight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.5 green onion, chopped
  • dried dill weed to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (12.5 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, lime juice, green onion, dill weed, salt, and pepper in a bowl and blend until smooth. Stir in the tuna and olive oil, then chill covered in the refrigerator for about 25 minutes.
