Tangy tuna salad with fresh herbs, mustard, and creamy mayo-yogurt dressing. Serves four.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna
  • 0.25 cup diced celery
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
Instructions:
  • Mash tuna with its juices in a small bowl. Stir in celery, dill, parsley, chives, mayonnaise, yogurt, and mustard until fully combined.
