Turkey taco-filled biscuit cups topped with melted cheese, baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sloppy joe sauce
  • 3 slices Borden® American Singles, cut into 4 small squares
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Divide the 6 biscuits into 2 rounds each. Gently stretch each round into a 5-inch circle and press into the cups of a non-stick muffin tin.
  • Prepare a skillet with a light coating of oil over medium-high heat. Brown the turkey in the skillet, breaking it into small pieces. Once the turkey is no longer pink, reduce the heat to medium-low. Mix in taco seasoning, then stir in Sloppy Joe sauce. Cook until heated through, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Spoon the delicious turkey mixture into the biscuit-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake until golden brown and heated through, approximately 13 minutes in preheated oven.
  • Cut the cheese slices into quarters and add a quarter slice on top of each filled cup.
  • Continue baking for an additional 3 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and melted to perfection.
  • Let the dish cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack until ready to enjoy.
