Whip up quick sweet and tangy turkey patties in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 orange
  • 1/3 cup Hawaiian stir-fry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 package (1 pound) seasoned turkey patties
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) fresh stir-fry vegetables
Instructions:
  • Zest one teaspoon of orange peel. Peel the orange and discard the outer peel. Slice the orange into thin wedges or slices.
  • Combine stir-fry sauce, brown sugar, and orange peel.
  • Coat a 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey in the skillet for about 3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  • Arrange turkey on one side of the skillet, then pour the stir-fry sauce mixture and vegetables onto the other side. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce.
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer on medium heat. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add orange wedges, then serve the turkey topped with the vegetable mixture.
