Delicious teriyaki grilled patties ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (1/4 medium)
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic in water (from 4.5-oz jar)
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki baste and glaze (from 12-oz bottle)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your contact grill for 5 minutes until it's nice and hot.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the teriyaki baste and glaze. Form the mixture into 6 patties that are 1/2 inch thick.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the patties on the lower grill surface. Close the grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the patties are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  • Coat each patty with a generous 1/2 teaspoon of the savory teriyaki baste and glaze.
