Grilled Asian Chicken Drumsticks

Grilled chicken with bold Asian flavors of garlic, red pepper, and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 8 chicken drumsticks (about 1 1/2 lb)
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill on medium-high. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, except for the chicken, and brush the mixture over the chicken.
  • Grill the chicken, bone sides down, over medium heat with the grill covered for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn the chicken and continue grilling covered for an additional 20 to 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180°F and juices run clear when the thickest part is cut to the bone.
