Asian Grilled Chicken Drummies

Grilled drumsticks marinated in tangy teriyaki-Thai sauce for a delicious Asian twist on traditional barbecue chicken wings.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry sauce
  • 24 chicken wing drummettes (3 lb)
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped salted dry-roasted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Combine teriyaki sauce and curry sauce in a large resealable bag. Add drummettes, seal the bag, and shake well to coat the chicken evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Take drummettes out of marinade and discard it. Place drummettes on grill over medium heat. Cover and grill for 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Arrange the drummettes on a beautiful serving platter and generously sprinkle with fresh cilantro and crunchy peanuts for a delightful presentation.
