Transform turkey burgers with Asian flair using soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grate lightly.
  • Combine ground turkey, onion, water chestnuts, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, soy sauce, water, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then form into 4 patties.
  • Grill the turkey burgers until they are fully cooked through with clear juices, about 4 minutes per side, reaching an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C) with an instant-read thermometer.
