Quick and flavorful tartar sauce enhances grilled salmon patties.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (7 1/2 oz) red salmon, drained
  • 1/3 cup Progresso™ dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dill pickle relish
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
Instructions:
  • Mix together salmon, bread crumbs, bell pepper, and remaining burger ingredients in a small bowl until well combined, breaking up the salmon with a spoon.
  • Prepare the cookie sheet with waxed paper. Form the salmon mixture into 4 patties, each 1/2 inch thick, and place them on the waxed paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour. While waiting, combine all tartar sauce ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until serving.
  • Prepare the grill by spraying the rack with cooking spray and heating a gas or charcoal grill. Cook the burgers covered over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping once, until they are heated through. Serve the burgers with tartar sauce.
