Tasty teriyaki salmon with udon noodles recipe

Simple, delicious 5-ingredient dinner recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 200g pkts Asia Udon Noodles
  • 4 Tasmanian Salmon Skin On Portions, skin removed, coarsely chopped
  • 150g pkt teriyaki & sesame stir-fry sauce
  • 350g pkt Superfood Vegetable Mix
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, then drain them. In a large bowl, mix the salmon with the infusion paste from the stir-fry sauce packet until well combined.
  • Preheat a wok or large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook the salmon in two batches for 3-4 minutes until done. Add vegetables and finishing sauce from the packet, and stir-fry for an additional minute until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir-fry the noodles in the wok or pan for 1 minute until well combined and heated through. Garnish with spring onion before serving.
