Whip up delicious tuna patties in no time with canned tuna, perfect for versatile meals.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
  • 0.75 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1.5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoons finely diced celery
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon oil, divided, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Mix together tuna, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, celery, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, mustard, pepper, and dill in a bowl until fully incorporated. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Carefully place 2 tuna patties in the skillet without overcrowding, ensuring there is space to flip them easily.
  • Fry tuna patties until beautifully golden, 3 to 5 minutes per side, adjusting heat as necessary if they cook too fast. Continue with the rest of the patties, adding more oil as needed.
