Transform kids' birthday with teddy bear picnic cupcakes - a sweet treat idea!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Chocolate Frosting
  • 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey-flavor dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 48 teddy bear-shaped graham snacks
  • 24 birthday candles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, peanut butter, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally. Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups.
  • Bake for 15 to 21 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the tops spring back when lightly touched. Let them cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Set aside 1/4 cup of the frosting. Frost the cupcakes with the rest of the frosting. Top each cupcake with 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate chips and peanuts, pressing gently into the frosting.
  • Take 2 graham snacks and spread about 1/2 teaspoon of reserved frosting on their flat sides. Place a candle between the frosted sides of the graham snacks and press gently together. Repeat this process with the remaining snacks, frosting, and candles. Place them on cupcakes and press the candles slightly into the cupcakes to secure them. Store the cupcakes loosely covered.
