Crisp and tender buttermilk waffles, easy for a delightful family breakfast!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups low-fat buttermilk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, whisking until evenly mixed.
  • Combine buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs in a separate bowl, whisk until well blended.
  • Combine the buttermilk mixture with the flour mixture until just incorporated and the batter is slightly lumpy, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  • Preheat the waffle iron following the manufacturer's guidelines.
