Teriyaki chicken drumsticks

Family favorite: Sticky drumsticks everyone will devour.
Ingredients:
  • 312.50 ml (360g jar) teriyaki and honey stir-fry sauce
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
  • Steamed baby bok choy, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large shallow ceramic dish, mix together stir-fry sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Add chicken drumsticks and toss to coat evenly. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a roasting pan with baking paper. Place the marinated chicken in the pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and roast for 40-45 minutes until fully cooked. Serve with rice and bok choy.
