Omega-3 rich fish: quick brain booster.
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 500g ling fish fillets, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
  • Steamed Asian vegetables, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce and garlic. Add fish and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, if possible.
  • Skewer the fish and arrange on a plate.
  • In a large non-stick frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side until fully cooked. Serve alongside rice and vegetables.
