Create a zesty teriyaki marinade by combining fresh grated ginger, brown sugar, and Kikkoman sauce for a flavorful twist on seafood dishes.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 4 salmon steaks*
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together Kikkoman teriyaki marinade, brown sugar, and grated ginger root. Pour the mixture over the salmon steaks in a large resealable bag and securely seal it.
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, flipping the bag halfway through. Cook salmon to your liking.
