Succulent ribeye steaks drizzled with tangy homemade teriyaki sauce paired with vibrant vegetable fried rice for a perfect flavor harmony.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.25 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 (6 ounce) lean beef rib eye steaks
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a large bowl. Use a fork to pierce steaks multiple times. Let steaks marinate in the soy sauce mixture for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Sear the steaks in a sizzling hot skillet, wok, or hibachi over medium heat for 7 minutes on each side for a perfect medium doneness. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) at the center.
