Marinate skirt steak in teriyaki and garlic, then broil or grill for 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds beef skirt steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
  • Slice the skirt steak into strips for serving. Mix the garlic into the teriyaki sauce. Place the steak and sauce in a re-sealable plastic bag. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
  • Preheat oven to broil or fire up the barbecue grill.
  • Once the oven or grill is preheated, take the meat out of the bag and dispose of the leftover marinade. Place the meat on a broiler pan if using the oven or directly on the grill for barbecuing. Cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.
