Transform steak tips with a flavorful teriyaki marinade that doubles as a finishing sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing
  • 0.25 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup chili sauce
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 pounds sirloin steak tips
Instructions:
  • In a resealable plastic bag, mix teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Add steak tips, remove air, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to a medium-high heat, then give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Remove the marinated steak tips and gently shake to remove excess marinade. Transfer the remaining marinade to a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Grill the steak tips on high heat for 10 minutes, flipping once, until medium-rare or medium doneness. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) in the center.
  • Present the steak tips with sauce in a separate bowl for a delightful dining experience.
