Thai chicken pizza

Whip up a quick and delicious Thai-inspired chicken pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 500g chicken tenderloins, cut into thin strips
  • 160ml satay sauce
  • 2 x 30cm pizza bases
  • 150g snowpeas, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 130g yoghurt
  • 40.00 gm mango chutney
  • 80g cashew
  • 1 large red chilli, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 230°C and pop two oven trays inside.
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the oil. Brown the chicken for 2-3 minutes, then set aside for 5 minutes. Mix the chicken with half of the satay sauce.
  • Evenly distribute the remaining satay sauce on the pizza bases, then layer on the chicken, snow peas, and onion.
  • Place the pizzas on hot trays and bake for 12-15 minutes until the base is crisp and heated through.
  • Mix together creamy yoghurt and tangy chutney, garnish with crunchy cashews and spicy chilli, and enjoy your flavorful creation.
