Thai Chicken Pizzas

Make quick and delicious Thai pizza at home in half an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tortillas from 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 bag (1 pound) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed and drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 5 minutes until crispy.
  • Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, then generously spread over tortillas. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese on each tortilla. Distribute chicken and vegetables evenly, then finish by sprinkling with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until pizzas are hot and cheese is melted.
