Ingredients:
  • 4 beef T-bone steaks
  • 90.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 24.40 gm fish sauce
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
  • 3 Lebanese cucumbers
  • 250.00 ml coriander leaves
  • 266.00 gm jasmine rice, cooked, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place the steaks in a ceramic dish. In a bowl, mix sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Pour the mixture over the steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Peel cucumbers lengthways into ribbons using a potato peeler, then transfer to a bowl. Mix in coriander leaves and the remaining 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Toss well to combine, cover, and set aside.
  • Heat up a barbecue plate or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 4 minutes on each side, basting them with marinade, until they reach your desired level of doneness. Enjoy with a side of rice and cucumber salad.
