Savoury pork meatballs for a quick dinner or party appetizer, served with sweet chilli sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 550g pork mince
  • 28.00 gm red curry paste
  • 9.20 gm vegetable oil
  • 80g mesclun salad leaves
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled, halved, sliced
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix mince and curry paste. Season with salt and pepper, then combine using your hands. Divide into 8 portions, shaping each into a patty. Gently flatten, place on a plate, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes if desired.
  • In a hot frying pan, sear patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side until completely cooked.
  • Place fresh and crunchy lettuce, fragrant coriander, and crisp cucumber in a bowl. Gently mix together to create a harmonious combination of flavors and textures. Serve the mouthwatering patties alongside the vibrant lettuce mixture and delectable sauce.
