Spice up your dishes with trendy and fiery chillies!
Ingredients:
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 long green chillies, roughly chopped
  • 2 coriander roots, washed, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 30.00 ml chopped palm sugar
  • 48.80 gm fish sauce
  • 52.50 gm lime juice
  • 1kg medium green king prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Blend garlic, chili, coriander root, green onion, sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice until creamy.
  • Preheat a lightly greased barbecue plate over medium-high heat, then cook prawns for 3 to 4 minutes until pink and cooked. Transfer to a bowl, add garlic mixture, toss to combine, and serve with mango salsa and lime wedges.
