Vibrant veggie strip side salad - quick and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml fresh ginger, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, seeded, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 long fresh red chilli, seeded, chopped
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Mix together the carrot, onion, ginger, cucumber, chili, and coriander in a bowl.
