A decadent and comforting cheesy post-Thanksgiving meal loved by all - perfect for feeding a crowd!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) box jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1.5 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 cups leftover turkey gravy
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add the shell pasta and cook uncovered until al dente, about 13 minutes. Drain in a colander in the sink.
  • Combine the turkey and stuffing in a food processor until finely ground. Transfer the mixture to a stand mixer bowl. Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and 2 cups of mozzarella. Mix with paddle attachment on medium-low speed until thoroughly blended.
  • Spread a luscious layer of 1/2 cup of gravy at the bottom of the dish. Generously stuff the pre-cooked pasta shells with the delicious turkey mixture and arrange them snugly in rows. Finally, crown your creation with the remaining gravy and a lavish 2 cups of gooey mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an extra 10 minutes until golden and bubbling. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
