Transform Thanksgiving leftovers into delicious turkey quesadillas with zesty cranberry sauce and spicy jalapeños.
Ingredients:
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 pound shredded cooked turkey meat
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 0.5 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Layer 1 tortilla with half of the Cheddar cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, jalapeño pepper, green onion, and the rest of the Cheddar cheese. Cover with the remaining tortilla.
  • Fry until the tortilla turns a crispy golden brown and the cheese becomes gooey and bubbly, about 2 to 4 minutes per side.
