Revamp Thanksgiving leftovers into savory dinner bombs for a delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package refrigerated flaky biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands!®)
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled leftover stuffing
  • 1 cup chopped leftover roasted turkey
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • flaked salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup gravy
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and give your deep-dish pie plate a little love by greasing it up.
  • Form individual biscuit bombs by rolling out each biscuit into a thin 7-inch circle. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese in the center, then add 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce, followed by 2 tablespoons each of Swiss cheese, stuffing, and turkey. Fold the dough around the filling, sealing it completely.
  • Arrange the bombs on the pie plate, placing them seam-side down. Fit 7 bombs around the rim of the pie plate and 1 in the middle.
  • Drizzle each bomb with butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the oven, turning halfway through, until beautifully golden brown, for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Allow the bombs to cool on a rack for 15 minutes before enjoying. Serve with a side of warm gravy for dipping.
