Orange juice-infused sweet potatoes, topped with cinnamon-sugar crumbs and mini marshmallows, a delightful twist for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sweet potatoes
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup margarine
  • 1.5 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a 6x10-inch baking dish, lay down the sweet potatoes and generously drizzle them with fresh orange juice. Let them marinate while you prepare the next step.
  • Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl until well blended. Use 2 knives or a pastry blender to incorporate the margarine until mixture is crumbly; then, sprinkle evenly over sweet potatoes.
  • Allow the oven to work its magic on your dish for 30 minutes.
  • Take the casserole out of the oven and switch on the broiler. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over the casserole and broil until they are puffed and golden brown.
