Cheesy baked spaghetti Alfredo with a blend of provolone, mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 pound shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese blend
  • 2 (16 ounce) jars Alfredo sauce (such as Ragu®)
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar marinara sauce, or to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) while you generously coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add spaghetti and stir occasionally until halfway cooked, about 6 minutes. Drain.
  • Combine provolone cheese blend, a jar of Alfredo sauce, drained spaghetti, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and eggs in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil before baking.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 60 to 75 minutes until hot and bubbling. Then uncover the dish, and generously pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the spaghetti.
  • Combine marinara sauce and meatballs in a saucepan and simmer until meatballs are heated through, about 15-25 minutes. Serve over baked spaghetti.
