Elevate any dish with vibrant pesto made from fresh basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, and garlic blended with quality olive oil. Customize with your favorite herbs and nuts for endless flavor possibilities.
Ingredients:
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 large bunch of fresh basil (40g)
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1 cooked Jersey Royal or new potato
Instructions:
  • Peel and crush the garlic in a mortar and pestle with a pinch of sea salt. Add basil leaves and pine nuts, then pound into a coarse paste. Mix in extra virgin olive oil and grate Parmesan, stirring well. Add a splash of water for desired consistency. Continue mashing until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. For a creamy touch, crumble in a cooked Jersey Royal potato. Enjoy with grilled meat, fish, or pasta. Delicious!
