Indulge in tangy Buffalo chicken dip made with fresh chicken for ultimate creaminess.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®)
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 stalks green onion, green parts only, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • Lay the chicken on a big piece of foil and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Seal the foil to create a pouch around the chicken. Put the foil pouch on a baking sheet with raised edges.
  • After one hour in the preheated oven, take it out and allow it to cool for 15 minutes before indulging in its deliciousness.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine cream cheese, tangy ranch dressing, and fiery hot sauce in a spacious bowl, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Chop or shred the cooked chicken and mix it with the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Spread the mixture in the baking dish and top with blue cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with green onions before serving.
