Indulgent and succulent pork tenderloin, cooked in rich pan drippings with a flavorful sauce enhanced by wine and seasonings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonKosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoonGranulated garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Herbsde Provence
  • 4 teaspoon oliveoil
  • 1/2 cup white wineor chicken stock
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloins and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbes de Provence.
  • In a large oven-proof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until just shimmering. Sear both pork tenderloins until golden brown and they easily release from the pan, about 5 minutes. Flip them and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Pour in wine and cook for 1 more minute. Transfer the skillet to the oven.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 15-19 minutes until pork is slightly pink in the center, reaching an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  • Rest the dish for 5 to 10 minutes post-oven time. Savor with pan juices.
