Quick and easy cream pie made with a graham cracker crust. Simply blend, pour, and chill for a delicious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados - peeled, seeded, and mashed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup whipped cream, or as desired
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine ripe avocados, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice, and lemon juice until velvety smooth. Transfer the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Chill pie in the fridge for 30 minutes, then garnish with whipped cream before serving.
